In accordance with the Barnali Textile & Printing Industries Pvt. Ltd. vision, the Compliance team is focused on ensuring adherence to applicable, regulations, codes, policies, and procedures. We are committed to protect our environment by reducing the environmental impact of our products and operations. We have set our environmental strategies consistent with the global Net Zero goal and we strive to reduce natural resource consumption by adopting leading-edge technologies. We have a strong compliance governance system to assist the implementation and enhancement of internal controls and to support an ethical work environment to effectively contribute to the pursuit of the company’s mission.

Medical Facility:

Barnali Textile & Printing Industries Pvt. Ltd has its own medical Centre with M B B S doctor, Medical assistant and health and safety trained nurse. They are equipped with necessary medicine and surgical tools for urgent necessary treatment.

Central Fire Detection & Protections System:

All buildings are fitted with a Central Particularly Addressable Fire/Smoke Detection System interconnected with 246 Smoke detector addresses, 4 Photo-electric Heat Detector addresses, audio-visual Fire Alarms and Manual Call Points. The Fire Safety Officer desk includes the Fire Detection Panel, PA system and Security Camera Monitor (all connected to a dedicated back-up power source) for efficient safety system supervision.

Fire & Safety Training:

All employees trained in firefighting participate in a bi-monthly internal extensive training programmed. All other employees receive monthly basic training. A Fire-drill training takes place once a month. All employees have recently been trained by Bureau Veritas, Fire-fighting department, FSCD and Unilever BKMEA.

Child Care:

We have child care facility to looking after the worker's children. We take care them by our special team during their parents are at work. Workers are really satisfied to this facility and they can work without any hesitation.

No Child Labor:

We don’t allow any child labor as per agreement duly being signed between our Mother Organization BGMEA & I L O. During time of recruitment the worker has to declare age in written which could be verified by government civil surgeons
office if necessary.

Bathroom Facility:

Sufficient numbers of healthy bathrooms (toilet) have made in each floor and they are keeping clean regularly twice a day and maintained hygienic process.
