Knitting

The knitting facilities are equipped with the world's latest and most dependable computerized circular and flat knitting machines, including auto-stripe, semi-Jacquard, and jacquard. Fabric versatility is a key aspect of our business, and at Barnali, we always strive to stay one step ahead. We manufacture numerous varieties of knit fabrics, including single and double jersey, rib, drop rib, elastane blends, interlock, pique, neps, slub, bamboo, engineering stripe, terry brush back fleece, and sweat, among others. These fabrics are made using various blends such as cotton, cotton-poly, modal, viscose, poly viscose, Tencel, coolmax, and many more, as stipulated by our clients, all with high quality standards.

Currently, we have 40 circular knit and 10 flat-knit machines, operated by a highly experienced, efficient, and well-trained team.

Dyeing

Capacity: 17.3 Tons

Color expresses personality, and Barnali's dyeing and dyeing finishing processes are well-equipped with updated Turkish machineries. Various fabrics such as Tencel, waffle, modal, viscose, PC, CVC, cotton, and more undergo regular dyeing. Many special treatments like cool function and knit mercerizing are carried out in the dyeing section. All dyes and chemicals used in the dyeing process are highly certified. A dedicated QC team ensures good quality fabrics for our valuable buyers.

Printing

Barnali Printing Unit
At Barnali Printing Unit, we specialize in printing high-quality designs on various T-shirt cuts. Our skilled manpower creates designs according to buyer's requirements and applies them to T-shirts. Each design is meticulously printed and tested in our own lab to ensure the absence of harmful materials in the chemicals used. Chemical tests, including Azo Free, Fastness to Wash, Fastness to Rubbing, and other lab tests, guarantee the safety and quality of our prints.

Our Barnali Printing Unit offers a wide range of printing techniques, including pigments, rubber, high-density, foil print, PU print, and glitter print. We also excel in photo prints of different qualities, like discharge prints.

Embroidery

The Embroidery department at Barnali Collections Limited boasts a remarkable capacity of 11,000 pieces per day. We utilize state-of-the-art machinery, including Tajima machines imported from Japan, which represent some of the most cutting-edge technology in the industry. Our department is equipped to handle various embroidery techniques, and some of our noteworthy design strengths include Basic, Sequin, Applique, Chenille, and Towel designs. These techniques elevate the Embroidery department of Barnali Collections to the next level.

Garments

Our company offers a diverse range of high-quality garments tailored to meet our customers' diverse needs. From comfortable everyday wear to stylish formal attire, including workwear, we cater to a wide audience. Our products are meticulously crafted from the finest materials and are created with a keen eye for detail to ensure they adhere to our stringent standards of quality and durability.

Our dedicated team of engineers and designers is deeply passionate about producing garments that consistently surpass our customers' expectations. Comprised of individuals from various backgrounds, our team brings together unique perspectives, skills, and innovations that drive continuous improvement (CI).

In our sewing facility, we operate 34 sewing lines equipped with 850 highly advanced, cost-effective, and eco-friendly sewing machines. This setup allows us to achieve a production capacity of 1.2 million garments per month.
